 Delivery:

Delivery in Lithuania. After receiving the payment, we deliver your items in 1-5 days (if we have all the items in our storage). In exceptional cases, we inform the customers. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM untill 5:00 PM, so please give us your adress where you are at that time.

Delivery price is 4.24 Eur. Delivery is free if your order is worth more than 200 Eur. Delivery to Curonian Spit in all cases costs 60 Eur.

Rental is delivered for free if it's worth more than 150 Eur.

Return and exchange of the products:

11.1. Exchange or return of sold products is carried out in accordance with the Rules of the law No. 217 by the Minister of Economy (29th of June 2001) “Regarding the approval of the Rules for return and exchange of the products“.

11.2. If returning the product(s) in cases specified in paragraph 11.1.-the Buyer must fill in the Return Form and submit it together with the product(s) being returned.

11.3. From the day of receiving the order, the Buyer has 7 (seven) working days to apply the law set in paragraph 11.1. while informing the Retailer by the procedure set in paragraph 4.2. of the Rules.

11.4. The terms of a product return:

11.4.1. the product must be returned in its original and neat packaging;

11.4.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

11.4.3. the product must still be in its commercial appearance: undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films and etc. ( this paragraph does not apply for the return of poor quality products);

11.4.4. the product must be returned in the same complete set as it was received by the Buyer;

11.4.5. while returning the product it is necessary to submit the document of purchase, warranty card ( if it was issued), and a Return Form specified in paragraph 11.2. of the Rules.

11.5. The Retailer has his right not to accept back the products the Buyer intends to return if the Buyer does not follow the procedure of return specified in this article.

11.6. In case the return of the product relies on the law set in paragraph 4.2., the Byer has to cover the expenses of the return. The rates of return that Retailer applies are presented in paragraph 9.7 of the Rules. If the return is carried out for the wrong products received and/or poor quality products – the Retailer commits to take back those products and replace them with analogous suitable products. If he does not have any analogous products, then the Retailer has to refund the money for the Buyer.

11.7. Return and Exchange of the products is carried out in accordance with the law by the Minister of Economy (29th of June 2001) No. 217 „The Rules for Return and Exchange of the products“ and the law by the Minister of Economy (17th of August 2001) No. 258 „The rules for the retail of products and services, when the contracts are made by communication means“.

Non-returnable products

It is necessary to note, that paragraph nr. 17 of the Retail Rules provides a list of non-returnable items ( such as electronics, toys, furniture, makeup, books, underwear and etc.). The products (of appropriate quality) that are included in the list might be returned back only if the Retailer agrees. The list of non-returnable items purchased online is provided by Article 6.228 (10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
